If uncertain about coverage status or past the coverage period, feel free to contact us for clarification, and we can liaise with your adjuster to confirm coverage. Please note, all initial massage visits are to be one hour, and subsequent must be at least 45 minutes. In addition, there is a surcharge of $18 per visit, for initial visits and subsequent 45-minute massage visits.

What do you bill WSBC for?
We offer billing services for chiropractic, physiotherapy, and acupuncture treatments under WSBC coverage. However, it's essential to note that we do not bill for kinesiology or massage therapy. Please be aware of the maximum number of treatments (15 visits for the initial), with an end date set at six weeks from the initial visit, provided the treatment was within the past eight weeks.
