ADDITIONALLY, IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT BODYWORKERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PROVIDE TREATMENT FOR WSBC OR ICBC-RELATED INJURIES WHILE THE CLAIM IS OPEN, EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY FOR THE TREATMENT OUT OF POCKET.

Bodywork (also considered non-registered massage therapy, or student massage therapy) is beneficial for people who may not have extended benefits or have reached their annual maximum. The treatment is typically provided by a student therapist who is awaiting their board exams and does not yet have their registration with the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia (CMTBC).
