Adams’ approach to massage is focused mainly on deep tissue release and mobilization with his goal to help people get out of their pain cycles through assessment and education. Blending this with a relaxing massage at the end or throughout the treatment ensures that you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed while still getting work done meant to increase the longevity of the effects you feel from a massage.
Adam has a background in Kinesiology and has been an anatomy nerd for most of his life, constantly researching biomechanics, stability, and mobility exercises. Graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2024. Is trained in IATSM (instrument-assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and has a lot of experience treating frozen shoulder, TMJ, and hip mobility issues. He also uses hot towels to facilitate blood flow in the neck and face, as well as to help relax tissue leading to headaches and jaw issues.
Whatever you are coming in for, Adam always puts his patients’ needs first and always does his best to meet them where they are at when it comes to therapy.
In his spare time, Adam loves hiking and travelling.
